Some days, joy is defined by whatever makes me laugh – even if I’m a bit sad while doing it. To be honest, it’s been a rough day and if it weren’t for the fact that I had an enjoyable chat with a friend on Skype, I may not have laughed at all. And I did laugh (and cried a bit too, but that’s OK). So for today: Skype = Joy.
